Damaged or Lost Items

This page is for items damaged or lost in shipment only!

We are NOT responsible for damaged or lost shipments. Insurance is added to shipping cost. A tracking number is given with each shipment and can be tracked.  In the event that an item is damaged or lost, the USPS is responsible, NOT Trace's Treasures.  Though this doesn't happen very often, we do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause, should this happen.
