Our Return Policy

Please review our return policies carefully.

  • New items have a 14 day return period (begins on verified day of delivery from USPS), applies to wrong item shipment or damaged (manufacturers defect only. Please visit "damaged items" page for damage during shipment) item ONLY. Proof of wrong or damaged item is required via pictures before an item is approved for return. Wrong items must be returned with original packaging.  Wrongfully purchased items will be allowed for return, but customer is responsible for return shipping and item must still be unopened and in original packaging. After return is received in the above mentioned conditions, a return credit, minus shipping costs, will be issued to your form of payment.  If you wish to have credit applied towards another item, please state this in original request for return.

  • Used and Vintage items are NOT eligible for return.  They are sold "as is" and all information known about the items are carefully described and pictures are taken for each listing. This includes the item's overall condition, any damage to an item, and the item's known history (for antiques).
